Klinger SLF is material consists of two layers of flexible graphite and a 0.3 mm thick high temperature resistant and fiber based insert. UKL-SLF is recommended for applications in which minimal fugitive emission is required.

Klinger SLS is pure graphite gasket with a smooth stainless steel insert. SLS is especially suitable for weak flanges at high temperatures up to 450°C.

The adhesive layer is applied with precisely controlled process, due to which it ispossible to maintain adhesivecontent below 1% of graphite. This   ensures uniform distribution of the adhesive. UKL SLS is best suitable for universal use in combination with weak flanges and for sealing of liquid level gauges.

Klinger PSM is glue less gasket material made up of expanded graphite and 0.1mm thick tanged stainless steel insert. Material is free from resins, impregnations or other organic compounds. Hence it is free of toxic risks & has constant properties over the temperature range. UKL PSM is suitable for hot water and steam at high temperatures up to 450°C.

Klinger PDM is Glue less gasket material consisting of expanded graphite and two 0.1mm layers of tanged stainless steel insert. UKL-PDM is free from resins, impregnations or other organic compounds. So free of eventual toxic risks. Constant physical properties for complete temperature range. UKL-PDM is suitable for high-pressure applications, hot water and steam at high temperatures up to 450°C.

GRAPHITE LAMINATE XSM

Klinger XSM is especially suitable for high temperatures up to 550°C.It is glue less gasket material consisting of a special oxidation protected expanded graphite and a 0.1 mm thick tanged stainless steel insert. UKL- XSM is mainly used in the automotive industry as a result of its outstanding oxidation resistance.
