UNI KLINGER double jacketed Gaskets combine the superior temperature resistance of a metal jacket with the sealing performance of a filler material.
A gasket enclosed with a metallic outer shell and either metallic or non-metallic compressed fiber filler inside. The filler material offers resilience and metal jacket protects the filler and resists pressure, temperature and corrosion.
All gaskets are custom built to provide accurate & easy assembly of pass partition bars into tube sheet grooves. They are manufactured to suit API, ASME, DIN & BS standards as per customer requirement.
Application – Heat Exchanger, Autoclaves, Column, Pressure Vessel, Pumps, Boilers, Stack and similar services.
Material Standard
Metal jacketed gaskets are custom built gaskets with or without ribs & can be supplied in Carbon Steel, Soft Iron, SS304 & SS316.Filler Graphite, and PTFE.
