UNI Klinger Fluid Control unit is located at Ahmednagar 120km East of Pune, and has the most modern manufacturing facilities, and a quality system that encompasses both manufacturing and marketing, duly approved and accredited by M/s KPMG Peat Marwick of USA, as an ISO 9001-2000 Company.

As an ongoing endeavor to exceed its valued customers’ expectations, Uni Klinger has re-positioned some of its existing products and added some new products, to offer all products under one roof.

The Fluid Control unit (SBU) manufactures and trades in a wide range of Steam & Process Engineering products. The manufacturing plants are located in Ahmednagar.

This division was started in 1998 with the setting up of a modern & sophisticated Gasket sheeting plant at Pune, in India. This division represents the future trend in sealing technology in Indian process industry. Klinger, the inventor of Asbestos Gasket, way back 115 years ago and over the years established itself as the world leader in calendered Gasket manufacturing process in Asbestos as well as non Asbestos material.

We also manufacture ready made Cut Gaskets and Spiral wound Gasket at the same location with addition of fully automated cut and spiral wound gasket machines. Gaskets sheets of asbestos and non- asbestos are manufactured at our plant which can be used for supply of cut gaskets.

The important function of any gasket is its sealibility property under the different environmental condition to suit the application need. The factors influencing the sealibility property are compressibility, recovery, load bearing capacity and porosity.
